For a listening session, consider whether guests will be seated, how the material will be introduced and how the discussion afterwards should work. For a live performance, the artist’s technical requirements and the venue’s conditions should be compared early.

Connect performance and hospitality

Catering and bar service should follow the programme. A welcome drink before a presentation may work well; active service during a quiet performance may not. We coordinate the sequence so suppliers know when to serve, pause and reset.

If press, partners and invited guests share the event, agree the reception arrangements and any reserved areas. Photography, recording and distribution instructions remain with the people responsible for the artist, repertoire and content rights.
