Plan beyond the venue booking

A confirmed address does not yet make an event ready. We review guest access, service routes, equipment, branding rules, delivery windows and the time needed to return the venue to its agreed condition. Where a format depends on outdoor space, we discuss the weather alternative before invitations and production are committed.

Use the organiser’s current programme to confirm the relevant edition and location before booking. Dates and venues can change. Availability for private events is checked individually and should not be inferred from a venue appearing in an earlier portfolio or shortlist.
