The first conversation is about the purpose of your event and the people who need to be involved. We identify the programme, approval contacts and any access arrangements before proposing a venue or production approach.

Give press and guests the space they need

A camera-ready entrance, an interview area and a welcoming reception are not the same space. If the programme includes several of these elements, they need to work together without one interrupting the next. We consider guest routes, waiting areas, background sound, lighting and the position of photographers when assessing a venue.

For a dinner, the priorities may instead be privacy, seating and the ability to accommodate guests arriving after another commitment. The service schedule should follow the actual programme rather than depend on everyone arriving at once.

Support the story without overloading the event

Branding, visual content and scenic details can help establish the identity of a series or company. We work with materials approved by your communications team and assess what can be installed within the venue’s conditions and available setup time.

If a screening, interview or short presentation is planned, share the technical specification and rights instructions in advance. Playback testing, microphone checks and any recording arrangements should be scheduled before guests arrive.
